We are seeking a dedicated Education Professional to join our Year 2 class at a prestigious school in Wokingham, Southeast England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
  • Implementing appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
  • Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
