Your Role
As a Business Proposition Specialist at Irwin Mitchell, you will take charge of crafting and enhancing business-driven propositions throughout the organization. Collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders, you will drive initiatives forward swiftly while managing associated risks and project specifications. Your expertise will aid in formulating persuasive business cases that align with the strategic objectives of the firm, ensuring the successful launch of new and refined propositions.
You will continuously assess the performance of existing products to pinpoint areas for enhancement, increased profitability, operational efficiency, or potential removal from the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate the value proposition and distinctive selling points of the service.
- Assist in executing a market entry strategy for the proposition.
- Collaborate closely with legal and central teams to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
- Support the development of persuasive business cases and facilitate the introduction of new and improved propositions to the market.
- Craft impactful messaging that effectively conveys the value proposition to both the target audience and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage customer feedback to guide future enhancements of the proposition.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal standards.
- Regularly review and adjust the proposition based on performance analytics, market dynamics, and customer insights.
About You
- Demonstrated success in developing client products or service propositions.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of the risk and regulatory landscape is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in the legal sector is advantageous.
- Broad experience with customer insights, segmentation, and research methodologies is desirable.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
