About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Propositions Developer to join our team at Irwin Mitchell. As a Propositions Developer, you will play a critical role in developing new or existing business-led propositions across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the value proposition and unique selling points of our services.
- Support the implementation of a go-to-market strategy for our propositions.
- Work closely with legal and central teams to ensure alignment on proposition objectives, priorities, and success measures.
- Support the creation of compelling business cases and deliver new and evolved propositions to market.
- Create compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition to our target audience and colleagues internally.
- Utilize and gather customer feedback to inform future proposition enhancements.
- Ensure that our propositions comply with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Regularly review and refine our propositions based on performance data, market changes, and customer feedback.
About You
- Proven track record of developing client products or service propositions.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in agile development.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the risk and regulatory environment preferred.
- Legal sector knowledge or experience desirable.
- Broad experience with customer insight, segmentation, and research methodologies desirable.
- Marketing experience is desirable.
