About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Propositions Developer to join our team at Irwin Mitchell. As a Propositions Developer, you will play a critical role in developing new or existing business-led propositions across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the value proposition and unique selling points of our services.
  • Support the implementation of a go-to-market strategy for our propositions.
  • Work closely with legal and central teams to ensure alignment on proposition objectives, priorities, and success measures.
  • Support the creation of compelling business cases and deliver new and evolved propositions to market.
  • Create compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition to our target audience and colleagues internally.
  • Utilize and gather customer feedback to inform future proposition enhancements.
  • Ensure that our propositions comply with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Regularly review and refine our propositions based on performance data, market changes, and customer feedback.

About You

  • Proven track record of developing client products or service propositions.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in agile development.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the risk and regulatory environment preferred.
  • Legal sector knowledge or experience desirable.
  • Broad experience with customer insight, segmentation, and research methodologies desirable.
  • Marketing experience is desirable.
