Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Act as a role model for good clinical governance and patient safety practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
