We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in our independent community-facing rehabilitation and recovery unit in the Walsall, West Midlands area.

This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our support staff, ensuring the ongoing safety of service users, residents, staff, and visitors, and maintaining clear and accurate records and communication systems.

You will also be expected to act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice, take charge of the unit regularly, and help maintain the security of the building and its environment.

We are looking for someone with a commitment to patient-centred care and values-based and evidence-based practice, who is driven to continually push their own personal learning and development.

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £37,992 - £39,223 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, a Group Personal Pension Plan, and private medical insurance.
