Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide medical assistance to patients in need.
  • Work alongside paramedics and emergency medical technicians to provide high-quality patient care and transportation services.
  • Drive ambulances and other emergency vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide appropriate medical interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical techniques and protocols.
Requirements
  • FREC Level 3 and FREC Level 4 qualifications.
  • Recognized blue light qualification, such as IHCD / Level 3 Emergency Response Ambulance Driving.
  • Full UK Clean Driving Licence with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
