Job Title: Head Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Bee Recruitment London Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our expanding casual dining brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations and staff to ensure high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with General Managers to develop and implement menu concepts and promotions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, inventory, and labor to maintain profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our menu offerings remain competitive and appealing to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a casual dining branded operation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with General Managers and other stakeholders.
