Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd as a Field Sales Representative and take on a challenging role that combines account management and hunting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing an existing portfolio of customers and developing a sales plan for the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow an existing portfolio of customers (GP Practises) selling a portfolio of products from medical consumables to ink and paper.
  • Develop a sales plan for the territory, identifying opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Work with the telesales department to follow up on opportunities and leads.
  • Analyse customer data to establish opportunities and gaps.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in an external commercial fast-moving sales role, preferably in the healthcare or stationery industry.
  • Knowledge of Primary Care structures and the ability to demonstrate success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
