Job Title: Sales Manager Digital Packaging

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Digital Packaging to drive the growth of our digital packaging solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of commercial experts, overseeing sales processes, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in digital packaging by leveraging your expertise in digital printing and flexible packaging.
  • Oversee and optimize the sales process to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales-related activities, including inventory and receivables, to minimize risks and optimize outcomes.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities to expand our client base and identify new growth areas.
  • Contribute to budget planning and strategize for regional growth to ensure sustainable success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and meet key account requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in the packaging industry, with a strong preference for digital printing expertise.
  • Proven experience in sales with a strong background in building valuable client relationships.
  • Experience in people management is an advantage.
  • Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to new ideas from diverse regions and companies.
  • Ability to influence, coordinate, and liaise across functions and countries.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to drive growth and align with key account requirements.
