Linc Cymru is seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruitment Lead to enhance our Human Resources department. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where both current and prospective employees can thrive. As the Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the candidate experience from the initial interaction through to their onboarding process.
We are looking for an individual who is driven, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service throughout the candidate journey, acting as a true ambassador for the Linc brand and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process at Linc, offering support and insights to hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment of recruitment and career events with the workforce planning strategy.
- Devise targeted recruitment strategies tailored to various sectors of Linc's services.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Development Manager to create career progression pathways and support opportunities for volunteering, secondments, and apprenticeships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from job description creation to onboarding.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Commitment to enhancing Equality and Diversity in the workplace.
- Ability to craft engaging job advertisements that reflect the Linc brand.
- Proficient in utilizing social media and digital platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Familiarity with Care Inspectorate Wales Regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Manage the DBS and pre-employment verification processes.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Professional representation of Linc at recruitment and career events.
