Are you passionate about discovering top talent and building a community of skilled professionals? Do you thrive on uncovering talent and influencing careers? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional colleagues for HID Global. You will support our success by partnering with and advising Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy, and attracting top talent for open positions across EMEA & NAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Lead recruitment branding efforts to attract top talent
  • Use sophisticated candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent
  • Lead the qualitative screening of applicants and recommend top talent to Hiring Managers
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process and create a successful candidate experience
  • Take ownership of REQ data/reporting and KPI's
  • Participate in TA projects and wider HR team projects
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for talent acquisition. You will need:

  • 5+ years of overall proactive talent acquisition experience in a fast-growth technology company
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in actively sourcing and filling mid to senior level G&A, technical/engineering roles across EMEA & NAM
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
