Role Overview:

As an IT Security Project Coordinator, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of IT projects, providing expert guidance and support while monitoring progress and reporting on project status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the Cyber Security landscape.
  • Utilize specialized technical knowledge and effective questioning techniques.
  • Plan, implement, control, and evaluate assigned projects to ensure success.
  • Coordinate project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate project requirements.
  • Manage various project types and complex business initiatives.
  • Facilitate team activities and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Apply structured thinking to manage virtual or matrix project teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security and IT infrastructure.
  • Recognized project management certification (PMP, APMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • Business Management degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Proven experience in IT project management using established methodologies.
  • Strong project administration skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Timely and quality engagement with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
