About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ultra, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the defence and aerospace industries. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Team Management

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.

Stakeholder Management

Identify and engage with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that any quality issues are identified and addressed promptly.

Requirements
  • Project Management Qualification

Holds or can obtain a Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).

Education and Experience

Desirable for education of Bachelor's degree level or equivalent project experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills, highly ethical behavior, and proficient in planning and schedule management.

Business Acumen

Understanding of business operations and the ability to make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
