Account Management Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Junior Account Managers, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement account development plans tailored to each merchant's needs, focusing on revenue generation and payment optimization.
- Analyze merchant performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and partner networks to leverage them effectively and meet merchant needs.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or Customer Success roles in the Fintech and/or Payments industry.
- Strategic problem-solving skills, with excellent project management abilities.
- A customer-centric approach, with robust relationship-building skills.
