German Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day in the office and 4 days at home.
Athena Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled German Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Customer Care Administrators to provide expert customer support and resolve complex customer queries.
- Motivate and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
- Use bespoke IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries.
- Conduct regular 1-1s and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company objectives.
- Develop product and process knowledge to continue providing excellent customer service.
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Positive and engaging communication skills.
- Flexible coaching & feedback skills.
- Effective change leadership / Ability to prioritise a varied workload.
This role involves a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day in the office and 4 days at home. You will be required to commute to our St Neots Office in Cambridgeshire one day a week.
Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office, 4 days at home.
