About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Pavers team as a Supervisor in Otley. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, providing expert advice on shoe care and accessories to complement customers' needs.
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying our values.
