**The Role**:
The Patient Service Team will streamline our customer service delivery, providing a centralised hub for handling all patient telephone and digital communication ultimately enhancing efficiency, consistency, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering 5* customer service
- A great communicator who truly listens and seeks to understand
- Ability to quickly build rapport with patients
- A positive outlook with a helpful, can-do attitude
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity working with systems such as R4+ & CRM platforms
