**Project Management Executive**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Executive to join our team at Bottomline. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of customer projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering against project requirements and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sponsors, stakeholders, and users to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning and management.
- Generate customer-facing documentation, including project plans and management records.
- Forecast and deliver against financial targets, aligned to project deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and contribute to the project management knowledge base and training of team members.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects to conclusion, with experience in project office or consultancy roles.
- Working knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
