About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. This is a newly created position that will support the Head of Credit Control in managing key accounts and timely collection of outstanding debt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Age Debt review meetings to ensure timely collection of outstanding debt
  • Chase outstanding balances to maintain a healthy cash flow
  • Monitor monthly payment plans to ensure funds are received on due date
  • Take card payments via online portal to streamline payment processing
  • Maintain and monitor Credit Control inbox daily, escalating as required
Requirements
  • Credit control experience within the legal sector is highly desirable, although not essential
  • Excel skills are required to manage and analyze financial data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under own initiative
  • Proactive approach to driving improvement in the Credit Control function
