We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Actuary to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our Consultative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality actuarial services to our clients in the Private sector Pensions team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical pensions background, covering joined-up investment and actuarial advice and valuations within both the private and public sectors. Experience of bulk transfers, an understanding of employee benefits issues, and knowledge of actions to take would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality actuarial services to clients in the Private sector Pensions team
- Develop and implement actuarial advice and valuations within both the private and public sectors
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
- Contribute to the development of new propositions and services
- Participate in the preparation of technical papers for internal and external publications
Requirements:
- Fellow member of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries (or equivalent actuarial qualifications)
- Strong technical pensions background, covering joined-up investment and actuarial advice and valuations
- Experience of bulk transfers and employee benefits issues
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Commercially focused approach and ability to lead teams
