Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality air conditioning and HVAC services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide proactive and reactive maintenance services to clients, responding to helpdesk requests in a timely manner.
  • Undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients' air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding.
  • Monitor contractors and their workmanship, issuing Permits to Work as necessary.
  • Ensure that all air conditioning equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.

Requirements

  • City and Guilds in A/C or equivalent qualification.
  • F Gas Cat 1 certification.
  • Full UK driving license.
