Job Title: Air Conditioning Mobile Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Mobile Engineer to join our team at DCT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the transport refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine servicing and repairs on transport refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct mechanical fault finding and diagnose issues.
  • Carry out electrical work and other duties associated with the role.
  • Complete all work assigned daily, ensuring adherence to company and manufacturer standards and agreed time constraints.
  • Ensure that work is always to the highest standard, striving for consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain levels of stock on their van to agreed specification.
  • Confidently use PCs and mobile phones for administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize and organize workload to achieve set deadlines and KPIs.
  • Work in areas outside the main district as required.
  • Present a positive company image through professionalism and quality of service.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients.
  • Manage and prioritize jobs and workloads, scheduling, completing electronic paperwork, and communicating with managers and senior-level staff members as appropriate.
