Job Title: Handyman/Multi Specialist

Location: London

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Multi Specialist to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a Handyman/Multi Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to maintain and repair our site in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic plumbing and electrical work
  • Repair and maintain floor, wall, and ceiling coverings, including painting
  • Repair free-standing and fitted furniture
  • Assist engineering staff with a wide range of duties as required
  • Provide general site services, including sweeping and tidying
  • Undertake any tasks designated by the Contract Manager or representative

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £19.00
  • The opportunity to work in a 5* hotel environment
  • A temporary to permanent position with the possibility of a permanent salary of £29k + bonus
