Transformative Commercial Marketing Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Marketing Lead to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in transforming a heritage spirits brand into a world-leading beverage business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Managing Director to craft and implement a tailored growth strategy for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan and a 5-year strategic roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and market analysis.
  • Own the commercialisation plan for regions, driving brand prioritisation, investment strategies, and ensuring achievement of KPIs across marketing and commercial activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between global brand teams and local market teams, ensuring regional priorities are understood and met with appropriate solutions.
  • Champion consumer and customer insights of the region, clearly articulating local needs to influence future brand strategies and asset creation.
  • Ensure brand identity and design standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints within the region, while adapting existing marketing assets to meet local market needs.
  • Build the capability of local market teams to enable sustainable brand growth, with a focus on effective execution of region-specific growth drivers.

  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
