Job Summary:

Miles Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join a well-established and excelling company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients.
  • Provide clear, prompt, and accurate updates to clients and other relevant parties throughout the process.
  • Liaise with solicitors, legal executives, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all client files.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of managing your own caseload.
  • Excellent communication and client skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
