Job Title: Experienced Conveyancer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our highly regarded and well-established property department in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will have 1+ years PQE and a strong background in residential property conveyancing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a caseload of residential property conveyancing matters, including assents, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and adverse possession claims.
  • Report on the nature and progress of work to departmental meetings.
  • Ensure clients are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Comply with file and case management quality standards.
  • Make files available for review on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years PQE in residential property conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Law Society requirements and CQS standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
