**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Unit Lead to join our team at Brighterkind. As a Clinical Unit Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Promote independence and dignity among residents
  • Support the delivery of quality improvements and drive standards to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home

**Requirements**

  • Registered nurse with experience in managing a team and ensuring staff supervision
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management on shift
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
