We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Unit Lead to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. As a leading healthcare provider in the UK, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and services to our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Promoting independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
  • Supporting the delivery of improvements while driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees, and visitors to the home.
  • Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nursing qualification with experience of managing a team and ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately.
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating the use of modern technology.
  • Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • A glass half full person with a sense of humor and a positive outlook.
