Spire Healthcare is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the establishment of a state-of-the-art clinic in Harrogate. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are enthusiastic about private healthcare to join us on this remarkable journey.

As we prepare for the launch of our new facility, we are in search of a Clinical Nurse Specialist to become an integral part of our team.

Our clinics specialize in delivering a targeted range of outpatient and day case treatments, all performed under local anaesthesia, ensuring expedited care for our patients.

Clinical Specialties Include:
Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, and General Practice Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics, assisting in minor preoperative procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the OPD Manager or General Manager to ensure optimal patient care and efficient departmental operations.
  • Support and accompany Consultants during patient examinations and minor surgical interventions, as well as assist in coordinating requested investigations.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in clinic environments to facilitate the smooth operation of outpatient services. Shifts will align with the department's operational hours, which span Monday to Sunday.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Current NMC registration without restrictions.
  • Experience in Outpatient settings or Minor Operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
