Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and standards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to mentoring junior chefs
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Familiarity with food safety laws and best practices
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
