Job Title: Female Support Worker

UKCIL Ltd is seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to provide daily support to a 28-year-old lady with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in Ten Mile Bank, PE38.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the individual to remain independent, including taking her out and about to places of interest, such as shopping, cafes, and walks, as well as attending appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and assistance with personal care and daily living activities
  • Accompany the individual to appointments and outings
  • Assist with seizure management and first aid training
  • Use own vehicle for work purposes, with a full UK driving licence
  • Flexible and reliable, with a commitment to providing high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Experience/knowledge of FND and seizure management
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • First aid training (desirable)
  • Similar interests (desirable) - cooking and arts and crafts
  • Female due to personal circumstances
  • Flexible and reliable
Terms and Conditions:
  • Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour
  • Hours and times of work: up to 25 hours a week, with a flexible working pattern
  • Annual holiday entitlement: equivalent to 5.6 consecutive weeks
