Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Halecroft Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing primary aftermarket customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service to our growing client base in Altrincham.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop primary aftermarket customer relationships, including B2B sales and support activities
- Proactively sell aftermarket products and communicate their value to customers
- Create and execute account plans for larger customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Account Management Teams to drive strategic account growth
- Develop and maintain a customer network through virtual engagement, promoting all Lines of Business brands and technologies equally
- Provide product knowledge and technical advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs, including CRM and IT system updates
- Prepare and present regular account sales reviews and forecasts, analyzing sales tools to understand customer needs and drive sales
- Gather and maintain relevant business intelligence, creating and following up on offers and orders
- Past inside sales or customer relationship development experience within a technical environment or industry
- Business to Business (B2B) experience, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Sales 'hunter' mentality, with analytical and process-driven skills
- A methodical way of working, with a focus on delivering results
