About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires the successful candidate to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check, including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check for criminal convictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the talent pipeline for futureproofing of the UKAEA, including engaging, attracting, recruiting, and retaining the next generation of talent.
  • Bridge the cultural gap between student and professional life, providing support and guidance to graduates.
  • Work with departments and programmes to identify their early careers needs, focusing on business and delivery plans.
  • Support the graduate leadership in developing the graduate programme, increasing numbers and diversity.
  • Deliver training and development opportunities to graduates, ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Contribute to the operation of the Early Careers programmes, including working with identified programmes and departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Early Careers sector and vocational qualifications.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of graduate standards and procedures.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office, etc).
