Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to join our team at Compass Associates, a leading provider of neurological care. As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational leadership of our nursing and support team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of nurses and support staff in providing high-quality care to patients with long-term neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager to ensure that our service meets the highest standards of care.
- Contribute to the development of our care centre's policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in A&E, ITU, HDU, CCU, Respiratory, or Complex Care settings.
- Experience with Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care.
- Leadership experience, ideally with at least 2 years, including responsibilities such as coordinating rotas.
