Ward Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ward Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our specialist care centre in Purley, South London.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have previous experience in A&E, ITU, HDU, CCU, Respiratory, or Complex Care settings. They will be responsible for ensuring that our nursing team is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and motivation to provide and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users.
As a Ward Manager, you will work closely with our Clinical Services Manager to maintain the high standards of care that our centre is known for. You will be responsible for coordinating rotas, leading the nursing team, and ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
Requirements:- Previous experience in A&E, ITU, HDU, CCU, Respiratory, or Complex Care settings.
- Leadership experience, ideally with at least 2 years, including responsibilities such as coordinating rotas.
- Experience with Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care.
- Annual salary of £52,500 (DOE)
- 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
- Discretionary profit and performance bonus
