Financial Advisory Associate
Are you interested in joining a dynamic and expanding Corporate Finance Advisory firm?
Our client, a reputable and growing Corporate Finance Boutique, is seeking a driven individual to enhance their team.
They are looking for candidates at a newly qualified level, ACA/ACCA, or with a few years of post-qualification experience who are eager to advance their careers in Corporate Finance. Ideally, candidates should have some exposure to Transaction Services or Deals. You will be part of a close-knit team and contribute significantly to various lead advisory projects, including Management Buyouts (MBOs), Management Buy-Ins (MBIs), acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, and strategic consulting. While most clients are based in the UK, there will also be opportunities for international assignments as part of a robust global network of similar Corporate Finance boutiques and investment banks.
Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, such as:
- Conducting essential commercial analysis and developing business plans for presentation to financial institutions or potential clients;
- Creating financial models;
- Preparing information memoranda and pitch presentations;
- Engaging in contract negotiations;
- Supporting business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid academic foundation, be a qualified accountant, and demonstrate strong communication skills. While prior experience in lead advisory is not mandatory, having trained in a Transaction Services environment is advantageous, provided you exhibit the necessary commercial insight. A robust technical understanding of accounting and a keen business perspective are crucial.
