At Tops Day Nurseries Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and maintain the nursery budget
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment and organize maintenance, repairs, and new items as required
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behavior
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children and converse with other staff members and parents
- Creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities to children
- A positive outlook to keep children happy and build an environment where children feel secure and rewarded
