Position Overview

We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic Receptionist to enhance our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to attentively listen to our guests, foresee their needs, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Your main tasks will involve managing the check-in and check-out processes for guests and assisting them with their inquiries throughout their stay.

Candidate Profile

We prefer candidates with prior experience in a similar capacity. Ideal Receptionists will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, possess a charming personality, and have a natural talent for crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to various guest requests and situations are essential. Proficiency in the English language and a polished appearance are also required.
