Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a wide range of Maintenance Engineering activities across the site, including maintenance planning and coordination.
  • Deliver maintenance strategies for existing and future production lines, working closely with production and maintenance managers.
  • Ensure cGMP is applied in the maintenance work area and aligns with cGMP through following site SOP's.
  • Utilize problem-solving and lean techniques to identify root cause and implement correct maintenance to reduce waste and improve maintenance practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills, with a proven track record of delivering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with electrical control and automation systems, including PLC fault finding.
  • Maintenance planning and coordination experience, with a strong understanding of reactive and proactive maintenance.
  • Technical skillset underpinned with a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship and/or additional qualifications.
