Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Catalent Pharma Solutions. As a key member of our 24/7 Swindon Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable supply of services to production.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and breakdown repairs to support daily operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis of plant downtime to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide detailed handovers at the end of each shift to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver greater plant reliability through effective engineering practices.
- Full-time served engineering apprenticeship L3 or equivalent qualifications.
- Electrical or Mechanical engineer with extensive post-apprenticeship experience in an engineering role.
- Electrical Engineering experience is highly advantageous.
- Production Engineering experience is essential.
- Pension scheme.

- Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts, 2 days on, 2 nights off, 4 days off.
