We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our business.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company that is passionate about sustainability and ethics. As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Provide financial guidance and support to our leadership team to ensure strategic alignment
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in finance or accounting
