About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior MEP Cost Consultant to join our team at Cast Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project(s). You will lead and manage costs and budgets of MEPH elements for a range of construction projects including build to rent, later living and student accommodation and masterplans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage costs and budgets of MEPH elements for construction projects
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and project teams
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other consultants to deliver integrated solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualified MEP Cost Consultant with 5+ years' experience working in the UK construction industry
  • Adaptable individual who can work within a team or autonomously
  • Skilled in developing client and other project relationships
  • MRICS or another qualification in a relevant business discipline preferred but not essential
  • Experience in developing and nurturing talent
  • Knowledge of MEPH technologies and experience developing technical knowledge across the project work stages
  • Practical experience of cost estimating, cost planning and procurement
  • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry
