Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Imaging Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging department, providing technical expertise and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography (CT) scans, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns or anxieties they may have.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Diagnostic Radiographer (RDR) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
