**Job Summary**

IDEX CONSULTING LTD is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support their team in providing an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process new business and prepare valuation reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare performance documentation for client review appointments, including review checklists and risk profiler results.
  • Obtain provider information to assist advisers with recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
  • Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and ensure clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
  • Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, ensuring client authorization is received in line with MIFID II requirements.
  • Process and monitor switches directly with providers or electronically via platforms.
  • Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients and provide post-review summary reports.
  • Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients, ensuring instructions are confirmed in writing and authentication processes are followed.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
