About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead to join our Digital Assets and Currencies Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of reliable systems and solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations on technology strategy, transformation, and innovation roadmaps.
- Provide guidance on standard processes for using emerging technologies like digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, distributed ledger, and smart contracts to overcome business challenges and stay ahead.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across the Payments technology landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Assess and determine the technical feasibility/relevance of proposals for sophisticated products/services with guidance from collaborators and specialized areas, such as the Chief Security Office.
