Swim Team Leader Job Description

At Sporting House, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our swimming team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe provision of our learn-to-swim programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the safety of our swimming lesson provision and deliver lifesaving and first aid provision.
  • Support the teaching team and use technology to engage customers.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience, including customer engagement and attending training and team meetings.
  • Provide lifeguard duties for learn-to-swim lessons and plan, deliver, and review high-quality lessons.
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Complete and record electronically all relevant health and safety checks.
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard and demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training and feedback.
