Job Title: Swim Teachers

At Brio Leisure, we are seeking highly motivated and passionate Swim Teachers to join our team at Northgate Arena. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons and aquatic sessions to people of all ages and abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons in accordance with the Swim England 'Learn to Swim' programme.
  • Teach a range of organised aquatic disciplines at appropriate levels/stages of ability.
  • Contribute towards prompt time-keeping of the daily lesson programme.
  • Ensure the safe use and storage of equipment.
  • Apply the 'Brio Learn 2 Swim Scheme of Work'.
