Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
