Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and security.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred.
